Creating Audiences

Creating Audiences

Feature availability

Overview
An Audience is a group of users created based on specific conditions or by manually selecting users. It helps you target a particular set of people within your network.
For example, you can create an audience that includes users from a specific department, location, or role. You can also manually add users or use conditions to automatically include users who match certain criteria.
Audiences help organize users into meaningful groups so that content, communication, or actions can be directed to the right people.
Info
This feature is currently available in all DC except US.

How is it useful?

Audiences help you manage and interact with users more effectively by grouping them based on relevant criteria.
With audiences, you can:
  • Target specific groups of users easily
  • Split users based on attributes or conditions
This makes it easier to handle a large network and makes sure that the right users receive the right information.

Who can configure audiences?

Only Network Admins and custom roles with user management access can create and configure audiences.

Can I switch between Manual and Condition-based audiences?

Yes, you can switch an audience from Manual to Condition-based and vice versa at any time. However, switching the audience type will affect the users in that audience.
For example, when you switch an audience from Manual to Condition-based, all manually added users will be removed. The audience will evaluate all users in your network and automatically include only those who match the defined conditions.

How many audiences can be created in a network?

You can create up to 25 audiences in your network including disabled audiences.
