Overview
Zoho Connect’s advanced search helps you quickly find posts, files, forum discussions, tasks, manuals, events, town halls, and more instantly. You can also search within manuals and files, so you can locate information without opening each item individually.
How to use search in Zoho Connect
You’ll find the Search bar at the top of your Zoho Connect app.
To search for something,
Click the search bar and enter the keyword you'd like to explore.
Apply filters to narrow down your results.- Filter by module such as Feeds, Forums, Files, Manuals, Tasks, and more.- Filter by Groups to view results from a specific group or all groups.- Filter by the person who posted the content.- Filter by date or set a custom date range.
For tasks, you can filter by assignee and due date.
Press enter to view results.
How to use search in Groups
Open the group where you want to search.
Click the Search icon in the top-right corner.
You’ll be taken to the search bar with the group pre-selected.

Type your keyword and press enter. Apply filters if you want to refine the results further.
