After making changes in an app as the app owner, you might want to see how the app looks to the users accessing it. You can click Access This Application in the top right corner to access the live application.
Once you click Access This Application, you are taken to the live application for testing and can decide if you want to make further changes. If you decide to make further changes to the application, click Edit This Application in the top right corner and you return to the design page of the application where you can make the required changes.
When an app is shared with a user, an email is sent containing the link to the application.
Clicking the link gives access to the application. The shared user might have to login to a Zoho account if the app has not been published by the app owner. The users the application is shared with may have different sets of permissions based on the scope of the work they have to accomplish with the application.
