Backup       

Zoho Creator will not back up the files present in the image, file upload, audio, video, and signature fields.

• For the applications that have enabled Environments, you can back up only your applications that are in the Production environment and not for applications in  Stage and Development.

• File backup(audio, video, image, and other files uploaded using file upload in  forms) is applicable only for immediate backups, as in the case when Now is chosen as a value for the frequency dropdown. For the other selected frequencies, users cannot backup files.

• Currently, data handling in integration field is not possible.

• In an application, a form containing up to 30 or more multi-select and checkbox fields will be slower in fetching or accessing the form. It may also lead to a backup failure.

• Data from AR fields will be backed up and available for download.Backup will only have the AR model names and will not have the actual AR model files.

• Also when restoring backups containing AR fields, it's essential for the AR model sets and AR models to be present within the microservice; otherwise, the restoration process will fail.

• Data from both Custom Models and Ready to Use Models AI fields will be backed up and accessible for download.

• Backups will solely include the data and won't encompass the actual AI models.

• When restoring backups containing AI fields from custom-built models, it's crucial for the AI model to be present within the microservice; otherwise, the restoration process will fail.

• When you restore an application from the backed up copy, the restored application will not be automatically shared with users whom the app was previously shared with. Any sharing operations will have to performed manually.

• When you restore an application from the backed up copy, the restored application will not have any published components available.

• There are size limits for a backup to be created. When a backup is created, the meta, data and files are compressed and backed up. The size limit of the compressed files should be as follows,

1. Meta without widgets - 50MB

2. Meta with widgets - 100MB

3. Data - 1GB

4. Files - 3GB

If the file size exceeds any of the above cases then it may lead to backup failure.

Note: All the above mentioned sizes are compressed sizes. 

Audit Trail 

• Audit trail does not apply to the following field types in updated records:

• Subform

• Rich Text

• URL

• Formula

• Signature

• Text area

• File upload

• Image

• Audio

• Video

• Audit trail does not apply to the subform field type in deleted records.

• Records updated using script actions will not be audited.

• Audit trail data for past six months alone will be stored.

• Export and print actions from pivot reports such as pivot charts and  pivot tables will not be captured in our audit logs.

Open AI 

• OpenAI API Rate limits: Rate limits are restrictions that OpenAI imposes on the number of times a user or client can access their services within a specified period of time and vary based on their usage tier and the model consumed.

Figma 

• The images you've used in the Figma design file should not exceed 5MB.

• Background:

• Multiple color fills are not supported for the frame and components' background.

• Border:

• Multiple borders are not supported in the Stroke section.

• Borders (stroke) will be applied center to the shape path.

• You cannot use gradient fill to apply colors.
