Customizing organization

Learn how to customize your organization details in Creator. With the help of our intuitive interface, you can easily personalize every aspect of your organization.

Availability
  1. Organization customization is available to users regardless of their pricing plan.
  2. Only the Super Admin has access to change organization details, while other users can only access and view them.

1.2 Steps for customizing the organization

Logo and Favicon
  1. Navigate to the Organization tab on the left.
  2. Click Upload below Organization Logo or Fav icon.
  3. Select the image and click Open to upload.
  4. To change the logo or fav icon, Click on Change and select image.
  5. To remove the logo or fav icon, simply click Remove below Organization Logo or Fav icon.
Notes
Note:
  1. The max file size for a logo image is 5 MB. 
  2. Fav icon: Upload a 16 x 16 dimensional image that doesn’t exceed 2 MB. 
  3. Formats for both logo and Fav icon allowed include .JPG, .JPEG, and .PNG.
  4. Zoho One users can't make changes to their organization logo and fav icon here.
    Go to the Zoho One Organization page to manage your organization.
  1. Click Edit.

  2. Follow the steps for each element:
Contact Information
  1. Organization name: Fill in the preferred name for your organization.

  2. Address: Fill in the street, city, state, and zip/postal code and select the country/region.

Super Admin Details

1.3 Steps to change the super admin of organization

Notes
Note: After the super admin change, the previous super admin will be made an administrator with default admin permissions.
Follow the below steps to change the super admin:
  1. Navigate to Organization under Manage in the left tab.
  2. Click Edit to the right of Contact Information.
  3. Click Change next to the super admin.
  4. Select the new super admin from the users drop-down.
  5. The implications of changing super admin are mentioned in the points to note section below.
  6. Click Change.
Once the super admin has been changed successfully, both the previous and the new super admin will receive emails specifying their updated roles within the organization. Going forward, any account related communication from Zoho Creator will only be sent to the email address of the new super admin of the organization.
Info
Some system integrations depend on the presence of a valid super admin. If the last super admin is removed from the organization, these integrations may stop functioning as expected.
  1. Supported Integrations  
    The super admin role is automatically updated for the following services along with Zoho Creator:
    1. Zoho Analytics
    2. Zoho Sigma
    3. Zoho Platform AI
  2. Unsupported Integrations  
    Other integrations are not currently handled automatically. To avoid disruption, ensure that the last super admin remains part of the organization until the transition is manually managed.
  1. Mobile: Select your country code from the dropdown and enter your phone number.

Preferences
  1. Organization namespace: Enter a name, if it's available.

  2. Time Zone: Select your preferred time zone.

3. Click Update to save any changes.

2. Points to note

  1. In order to display the company logo you've uploaded in the required application, you need to select the Logo Type as Company Logo in the Logo Preference section in the themes of the application.
  2. Only super admin and Administrators can initiate Super Admin Change.
  3. Only confirmed and active administrators can be assigned as the new super admin. If no eligible users are available, you will not be able to proceed. You will have to add an administrator, activate their account if needed, or request them to confirm their invitation, and then try again.
  4. The selected user must not already own the Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow or Zoho Analytics workspace. Ownership of either or both services prevents the user from being assigned as the super admin. Contact support@zohocreator.com to change the super admin.
  5. After the super admin change, the previous super admin will be made an administrator with default admin permissions.
