Understanding organization
In a nutshell
An organization in Creator represents your company's information where all your apps, users, and settings are managed. It's profile contains basic details, such as the organization name, logo, contact information, time zone, and more. These details help maintain consistent branding and identification across your Creator account.
For each organization, a workspace is automatically created using the name specified in the Organization namespace serving as a central space for all apps within your organization.
Availability
- Organization customization is available to users regardless of their pricing plan.
- Only the Super Admin has access to changing organization details, while other users can only access and view them.
1. Overview
The Organization page helps in customizing your organization details. Including your organization's details in the application builds trust, enhances brand identity, and facilitates customer support, reflecting transparency and accountability.
Zoho Creator gives you the power to personalize your logo and other elements to represent your brand perfectly. Utilize the Organization page's numerous customization options to highlight your distinctive brand and leave a lasting impression on potential customers. With Creator's customization options, you can elevate your organization's presence with ease.
Logo & Favicon
A logo is a symbol that represents a business, and favicons are an essential part of branding and identification. You can customize the logo and favicon to match your organization's overall branding. Once done, the top of your website will have a unique image that makes an impression on visitors.
Super Admin
The super admin is the user whose account was utilized to register for Zoho Creator. The super admin in Zoho Creator is the primary account creator, with full access to all features and exclusive billing communication. Only one super admin is allowed per account for clear control and accountability.
In circumstances that require changing the super admin, Zoho Creator offers organizations the capability to quickly transfer ownership of the Creator account to another designated individual. You can also change the
phone number of the super admin to ensure effective, efficient communication.

1.1 How it works
After you upload the logo and favicon and update the organization details on the page, the change is reflected live in the application.
1.2 Navigation guide
The Organization tab is in the left panel. Simply click it to go to the organization.
2. Use case
- The current super admin, who originally set up the Creator account, is leaving the organization. Before departing, they can simply designate another user as the super admin. This ensures a smooth transition of administrative responsibilities and maintains continuity within the organization's management structure.
- If an organization is undergoing restructuring of departments and there is a change in the individual primarily responsible for managing the Creator account, it becomes essential to transfer ownership of the Creator account to another individual who will assume administrative control.
