Understand Zoho Recruit integration in workflows

Zoho Creator and Zoho Recruit have been integrated for efficient usability purposes. With Zoho Recruit integration task, you can push data automatically from your Zoho Creator to Zoho Recruit account, which would otherwise require manual execution. You can connect both services by mapping fields in your Zoho Creator form to the supported Zoho Recruit module. The integration task can be executed to add a record in any of the supported modules in Zoho Recruit. 

Assume a Candidate Details form in Zoho Creator mobile app to collect details of the candidates in a job fair/expo. You can configure the Zoho Recruit integration task in Creator app to push the candidate information from Creator to your Recruit account. This action will create a record in the specified Zoho Recruit module whenever the Zoho Creator form is submitted with candidate’s details. The HR department of the company can use the information in Recruit to shortlist the candidates and schedule interviews based on the candidate profile and vacancies.

Apart from pushing data, you can perform more actions such as fetch, search, update, get related records, and attach files(such as candidate resume, experience letters etc) in ZRecruit by defining a custom action in Zoho Creator.
