Terms and Conditions Field | Zoho Forms - User Guide

Terms and Conditions Field

Whenever you collect users' data via forms on your websites, blogs, or e-commercials, it is recommended that you have your user's consent before you share their data to avoid any legal disputes, privacy concerns, or security risks.
To allow users to agree or disagree to your terms and conditions, use the Terms and Conditions field in Zoho Forms. The terms can be a policy, disclaimer, warranty, ownership, privacy, copyright protection etc. It is not a legal requisite, but it acts as an agreement between you and the users to let them know your rights and limitations, as well as their own.
You can also configure conditional rules using this field to trigger certain actions based on the respondent's status of agreement to the terms and conditions.
