Whenever you collect users' data via forms on your websites, blogs, or e-commercials, it is recommended that you have your user's consent before you share their data to avoid any legal disputes, privacy concerns, or security risks.
To
allow users to agree or disagree to your terms and conditions, use the
Terms and Conditions

let them know your rights and limitations, as well as their own.
You can also configure
conditional rules using this field to trigger certain actions based on the respondent's status of agreement to the terms and conditions.

Status of Consent
Under Status of Consent, you can enter the respondent's status of agreement. For example: Agreed, Subscribed, Signed Up, etc. The status of consent will be used in emails, document merge, and integrations.

Note:
The total character limit of the Terms & Conditions field, including the text formatting applied, is 70000, which means that any customization applied to the content (bold, italic, spacing, etc.) will also be considered characters. If you have copied text from an external source/website and pasted it into the text section of the field, some formatting may get copied over and will be taken as characters as well.
