Filters

You can use simple and advanced filters in the list view pages of Requests, Estimates, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Services And Parts, Assets, Contacts, Companies, and Crew.



After performing an advanced search, click on Clear to switch to the simple search.

Column Options

You have the following options for columns in the List view of modules. To see these options, click on .
  1. Manage Columns: Use the column selector to choose the columns you want displayed in the list pages.
  2. Reset Column Size: Use this to reset the column sizes to the default width.
  3. Wrap Text: Use this if you want to see the entire contents of each column.

Pin a Column
You can pin [ ] a column at the start of the list. Hover over the column header and choose Pin from More options ]
 
Sort a Column
To sort [ ] the values in a column, hover over the column header, and choose Sort from More options [ ]
 
Apply Style to a Column
In the Status column, you can choose how the value should be displayed:
  1. Text: Displays the status as plain text without any color or styling.
  2. Chip: Shows the status inside a colored, rounded rectangle (chip), making it more noticeable.
  3. Dot: Represents the status with a small dot followed by the text, both in the designated color.
These style changes will reflect in the Dashboard too. However, the style changes that you make to the Status column within the Related List tab of the Details pages will apply only to the Related List tab.
In the lookup fields for service and part line items, you can perform a search for the lookup value using multiple fields.

To perform the search:
  1. Click on the lookup field for service and part line item.



  2. Click on the filter icon.



  3. Enter the search values and click Apply Filter.



    The matching results will be displayed in the list below.
