  1. Will the mobile app for the field agent work in offline mode?
    Yes, the field agents can use the FSM mobile (Android) app in offline mode. 

  2. Is there an accept/deny option for service appointments in the mobile app?
    No, as of now there is no option to accept or deny a service appointment from the mobile app.

  3. How are the trips calculated?
    The trips capture the distance and time taken for the journey undertaken for travelling to a contact service location.

  4. Can customer signature be captured after service completion?
    The customer signature can be captured in the service report created in the mobile app.  They can also get the customer's feedback, rating and enter the problem statement and service summary for the appointment.

  5. How can I track the live location of my agents?
    Location tracking is enabled in the mobile app when the user checks-in to the mobile app or creates a trip from the mobile app. The live location of your agents can be viewed in the Maps view of the Dispatch Console in the Zoho FSM web app. Refer to this page for more details.

  6. Can my agents upload photos and notes from the job site?
    Yes, agents upload photos and notes from the job site. In the mobile app, they can add notes and attachments from the Notes tab of a service appointment. These notes can also be viewed from the web app. Thus, the agents at the job site and those in the office can exchange information.
