Connectivity Guide: Helium
LoRa devices registered in Helium LoRaWAN Network Servers can be monitored in Zoho IoT applications through datastream integrations.
Prerequisites
Before proceeding with the integration, ensure you have:
Access to the Zoho IoT Application.
Note: While creating a datastream in Zoho IoT, choose Helium under the Select LoRaWAN Datastream section.
Open the Helium Console.
Select Integrations in the left navigation bar.
Click Add New Integration.
Select HTTP under Add A Core Integration.
. In the Endpoint Details section, enter the following:
Enter a name for the integration in the Integration Name field.
Click Add Integration to save the configuration.
Once a device managed by the Helium LNS sends a message, it will be received by the Zoho IoT application as well and can be viewed from the message tab. You can then proceed to link the node device.
When a message is received by the Zoho IoT application, the status of the datastream will change from registered to connected.
Link the Device to Zoho IoT
Once the datastream is integrated with the Zoho IoT application you can start receiving data by following the below steps.
Add a LoRa Node device in the Zoho IoT application with the Dev EUI value of the device added/connected to the Helium LNS (Console).
Associate the integrated datastream with this LoRa Node device.
Once the node device sends data to the Helium LNS, The message for the device will be filtered using the DevEUI and shown in the device message tab and can be used further for processing.
With this setup, your Helium-based LoRaWAN IoT devices will successfully transmit data to Zoho IoT, enabling seamless monitoring and management. You can also decode the message sent by the node device using Zoho IoT's inbuilt Uplink Message Formatters as well.
