You can import your documents and images from various sources and save them in Zoho Marketing Automation's library. This way, you can reuse documents and images quickly instead of searching for a particular document or uploading it every single time.
You can attach a file to your campaign in the form of downloadable links, using the attachment element in the template editor. The attachment link can be placed on an image, text, or button. Once you've attached a file to your campaign, that attachment will be saved in your library automatically.
How do I save documents or images to the library?
You can add a document or image to your library from your computer or from the cloud. You can also use an image URL to save an image.
Only the following file formats are supported by Zoho Marketing Automation: pdf, docx, txt, rtf, odt, xls(x), sxc, csv, tsv, ods, ppt(x), pps(x), odp, and sxi. Maximum size allowed - 1 MB for images and 10 MB for documents.
To upload a document from your computer:
From the Navigation toolbar, click Library, thenclick My Files.
Click Upload.
From the dropdown menu, select From computer.
Click or drag and drop your file into the the popup. Click Upload.
To import an image using URL:
From the Navigation toolbar, click Library, then click My Files.
Click Upload.
From the dropdown menu, select From web.
Enter the image URL. Click Upload.
To upload a document from cloud:
From the Navigation toolbar, click Library and click My Files.
Click Upload.
From the dropdown menu, select From cloud.
Choose which cloud service you would like to import the document from.
Select the document. Click Import.
Zoho Marketing Automation allows you to import documents from various cloud services, including Zoho Docs, Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive, Box, and Evernote. You need to authenticate and connect with the service to fetch the documents. Log in to the respective service and click Allow in the popup that follows to authenticate the connection.
What actions can be performed on saved documents?
You can create folders and classify your documents as per your requirement. Just click the folder dropdown and add new folders and store your files in respective folders. You can also move your files into folders by selecting the files and clicking the folder dropdown to move to the required folder.
When you click on the thumbnail of a document stored in the library, following icons will appear:
Download - Download the attachment to your system.
Delete - Delete the attachment.
Note:Attachments saved in the library can be displayed in either a card view or a list view.
