Set up local and toll-free numbers from multiple countries to help your business expand beyond its borders. Installation steps
- Log in to your Zoho Meeting account.
- Click Settings on the left pane, then go to the Integrations tab.
- Click Install in the Zoho Voice application.
- Log in to your Zoho Meeting account.
- Click on Calls tab on the left pane or the Dialer icon at the top.
- Only the organization's super admin and admin can enable the Zoho Voice integration.
- The Calls tab and the Dialer icon will not be visible to organization members until the integration is enabled.
- Buy voice credits from our store.
- Use the dial pad to initiate or receive calls.
- Assign phone numbers to your agents directly, or route calls to specific agents using call queue or IVR flow.
- Add all your contacts to the Contacts page.
- Zoho Voice integration can only be enabled by the Super Admin and Admin of the organization.
- Calls tab and the Dialer icon will not be visible for the organization members until the integration is enabled.
- This Integration is available only in the US and EU DC
