Installation steps

Via the Integration page
  1. Log in to your Zoho Meeting account.
  2. Click Settings on the left pane, then go to the Integrations tab.
  3. Click Install in the Zoho Voice application.
Via the Calls tab or Dialer icon
  1. Log in to your Zoho Meeting account.
  2. Click on Calls tab on the left pane or the Dialer icon at the top. 
Note:
  • Only the organization's super admin and admin can enable the Zoho Voice integration.
  • The Calls tab and the Dialer icon will not be visible to organization members until the integration is enabled.
A free 15-day trial of the Zoho Voice Enterprise edition will start once the integration is enabled. Admins can get the trial credits by using the "Ask Free Credits" option. They can purchase numbers from the Zoho Voice subscription page using credits and start setting up incoming and outgoing business calls.
 
Adding a User 

The admin or super admin in Zoho Meeting who first enables the integration will be assigned the role of super admin in Zoho Voice. Apart from super admin, Zoho Voice offers four more user types: admins, technicians, supervisors, and supervisor plus.

Now that you have enabled calls for Zoho Meeting , let's look at the basic details that you need to know to get started.
 
To start receiving and making calls, you will need to:
  1. Buy voice credits from our store.
  2. Use the dial pad to initiate or receive calls. 
  3. Assign phone numbers to your agents directly, or route calls to specific agents using call queue or IVR flow.
  4. Add all your contacts to the Contacts page.

  • Zoho Voice integration can only be enabled by the Super Admin and Admin of the organization.
  • Calls tab and the Dialer icon will not be visible for the organization members until the integration is enabled.
