Notebook Pro Lite features

Email-In notes  

Now, you can simply forward the email to add@notebook.app and move on. Notebook will automatically fetch those emails, parse the content and save it as notes. And all these happen instantly. Notes are added under the account created with the email address the forward emails come from. Associate more email ids to your Zoho account within the app and start forwarding from those email ids to save your emails as notes.

Flight Card  

Emails you receive when you book a flight are always messy. With Flight Card feature, Notebook parses the ticket details and creates a beautiful Flight Card for you.

This contains all the necessary information about your Journey details. To do this,

1. Open your ticket email

2. Forward the email to add@notebook.app

Notebook Sharing with write access  

Notebook already provides you with options to share and collaborate on your notes. Notebook Pro Lite now allows you to share your notebooks with 'Write' access. This allows all collaborators to create and edit note cards in your notebook.

100 versions of notecards  

Its always good to see how you've crafted your note card. With Notebook Pro Lite, you have access to 100 versions of a note card. You can revert to any version anytime.

To get into note's versions:

1. Open the note card which you want to restore to its previous state.

2. Tap/Click   or .

3. Select Versions .

OCR for Document Card  

How often have you felt the need to edit a scanned document according to your requirements like forms, receipts etc.

This feature allows you to scan the documents, converts them to text for selective languages with the help of OCR technology and allows you to edit the content within. This OCR content syncs across all your devices and are searchable too.

To do this,

1. Open 'Camera'.

2. Select 'Document'. Once scanned, select 'OCR'.

You can also make changes to this by tapping 'Edit'.   

Smart Search
  

What more could help you than showing a smart result when you search for notes? With our Deep Search function, you can now search for objects and texts within the images, texts within PDFs, and pull up all the associated notes and Notebooks based on your keyword.

Storage limit of 2GB  

With Notebook Pro Lite, you get a storage of 2 GB in total which applies to:

1. Notecards(Text, Checklist, Links, Recipe etc)

2. Images

3. Audio

4. Sketch

5. Files

You can check your storage status by tapping/clicking your app Profile.

Upload files with a size of up to 100MB  

The file size limit in Notebook Pro Lite is 100MB, where you can have important files on the app.

To do this,

1. Open the app

2. Tap the '' icon and choose any respective file with in 100MB.

Scan Documents, Business Cards and Tables

Notebook Pro Lite users won't be needing any other apps to scan documents and business cards.

You can point & shoot the documents and business cards using their mobile camera to create Document cards and Contact cards. Additionally, you can also scan tabular data and insert them as editable data inside the notecard.

Custom recurring reminders  

To do this,

1. Please open a note and go to 'Reminder' option.

2. When you select, go to the'Repeat' section and select 'Custom'.

3. Choose your preference from Day, Week, Month or Year and select any day you want to set it to.      

Audio record duration up to 1 hour  

You can avail the benefit of recording an audio for up to an hour. The recording can rather be inside a text note or as an Audio notecard

To do this,

1. Tap/Click on the '' icon directly from the Home screen

                                                (Or)

1. Open a text note and get into 'Edit' mode

2. Tap '+' from the toolbar and select 'Record Audio'

Premium Covers  

You can now personalize your Notebooks with premium covers that are hand-crafted by our in-house artists.

Simply swipe a Notebook towards left and select 'Info'(or hover the Notebook to Info) to see a grid of newly added premium covers to make any Notebook present good. For reference, please click here

Adding note as widget  

With Notebook Pro Lite, you get to add To-do notes(Android) and Text notes(iOS) as widgets. To add this:

Android - Long press Home Screen > Widgets > Notebook - Todo

iOS - Hard press a text note > Add to Widget

Smart Tags  

With our Smart Tags, Notebook suggests you with some ready-made tags based on your content. This lets you choose one easily and keep track of 'em.
