Edit user details
In the mobile application:
For iOS devices:
- Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device, then tap
in the top right corner.
- Under USERS, tap on the user whose details you want to edit.
- To edit a user's personal details:
- Tap
in the top-right corner..
- Tap
next to each field to edit the user's details.
- Tap DONE.
- To manage a user's email address:
- Tap
in the top right corner, then tap Manage Email Address.
- Tap Add Email Addresses, then enter the email address.
- Tap Add.
For Android devices:
- Open the Zoho One app on your mobile device.
- Tap
in the bottom-right corner, then tap Users.
- Tap on the user whose details you want to edit.
- To edit a user's info:
- Tap
in the top-right corner.
- Tap
next to each field to edit the user's details.
- Tap UPDATE.
- To manage a user's email address:
- Tap
in the top-right corner, then tap Manage Email.
- Tap
, then enter the email address.
- Tap ADD.
- To make a user's email address primary:
- Tap
in the top-right corner, then tap Manage Email.
- Tap
next to the email address you want to make primary.
In the web application:
- Sign in to Zoho One
, then click Directory in the left menu.

Click on the user you want to change the setting for. You can use
to find a specific user from the list.
- To edit a user's info, click Edit. Make the required changes, then click Update.
Note: For external users, you can only edit custom fields. You can use
these custom fields to collect and store certain information about them
(such as title, contact detail, joining date) which might be useful for
your organization.

To edit a user's photo:

Click
on the user's photo to upload a new photo.

Click
on the user's photo to delete the existing photo.

To manage a user's email address, click Manage Email Address, then:

Click Add Email to add a secondary email address. If Zoho Mail is assigned to the user, Add Email can also be used to create email aliases.

Click
next to an email address to make it the primary address.
