This article explains how to add Extended Apps to your Zoho One organization and migrate existing standalone subscriptions.
Before you add
- Organization subscription requirement
Extended Apps can be added only to paid Zoho One organizations. This option won't be available if your Zoho One organization is on a trial. Upgrade your Zoho One subscription to a paid plan before attempting to add an Extended App. - App-specific purchase requirements
Most Extended Apps require you to purchase a subscription before you can add them to Zoho One.
Exception: Zoho Voice subscriptions are purchased directly from the Zoho Voice store. See the Zoho Voice-specific behaviour section. - Trial availability
Most Extended Apps do not offer a trial within Zoho One. To evaluate an Extended App: - Sign up for a trial on the application's standalone website.
- Migrate the application into Zoho One as described in the Add an Extended App section. During migration, you'll be prompted to purchase the required add-on. Completing the purchase converts the app to a paid subscription in Zoho One.
Exception - Zoho Voice: A 15-day trial is supported directly from Zoho One. See the Trial expiry section for details.
Add an Extended App
To add a new Extended App to your organization:
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click the Admin Panel icon
in the top-right corner.
- Click App Management from the left menu. The Applications tab will throw open by default.
Click + Add Application in the top-right corner. Select Other apps from Zoho Corp.
- Select the required Extended App (e.g., Zoho Voice).

- Complete the application-specific purchase flow.
Once the purchase is complete, the application will be added to your organization.
Migrate an existing standalone account
If your organization already uses the application as a standalone service, purchasing the corresponding subscription through the above app addition flow will automatically migrate it into Zoho One. All your existing users and data will be retained.
