Create Engagement Survey Using Survey Templates
Engagement surveys can be conducted using survey templates. You can use a pre-defined survey template provided by Zoho People or a custom survey template created by your organization. For more information about survey templates, refer to Survey Templates.
To create an engagement survey using template:
- From the home page, select Employee Engagement > Surveys > Engagement Survey > Use Template.

- Select the required template from the list of available templates.
- Upon selection, template details are displayed, click Use this Template to use it for survey creation.

- Add Engagement Survey Setup page appears, fill in the basic details.

You can set the survey as mandatory by selecting the Make this survey mandatory for applicable employees checkbox.
A pop-up message will appear when employees log in to Zoho People from the survey start date, reminding them to complete the mandatory survey. They can skip this pop-up until the due date. If they do not complete the survey by then, they cannot access Zoho People services until it is finished.

Grouped Question Metrics Survey: Select this when your survey includes sets of questions grouped under shared metrics. Multiple questions can be linked to the same metric to get more detailed feedback on each area. (e.g., 3 questions on satisfaction, 3 questions on services provided, 3 on manager-employee dynamic.)
