Survey Templates

Survey templates are used to conduct hassle-free surveys in your organization with pre-designed or custom survey templates.

Benefits of using survey templates

Templates contain a set of standardized questions that are created with respect to specific survey topics.
While templates provide standardized questions, they can be customized during survey creation. You can delete a question or add a new one from Question Pool when using a template to create a survey.
Templates are designed to be user-friendly and easy to modify and use while conducting an extensive survey in your organization.

Zoho People offers the following default survey templates:

To add custom survey template:

From home page, go to Operations > Employee Engagement > Templates.
Click Add Template.
Enter the basic details and select the survey display image. This is the survey card image that will be displayed in the employee engagement service tab upon creating a survey.
Select the layout preferences of your survey and click Next.
Enter the survey template introduction message.
Click Add Questions, to add new questions to the template, or click on Add from Question Pool to add existing questions from the question pool.

You can add upto 200 questions to your custom template.

Enter the thank you message in your survey template and click Next.
Select the theme for your template. You can also click on Create Custom Theme to create custom theme for your template.
Click Save as Draft to save the template as draft and edit later.
Click Mark as Ready to make template available to use.

The preview option allows you to view the template from the survey end user's perspective and finalize it.
