Overview

1. From your home page, go to Settings > View all and click on Employee Engagement under default services.
   
   
   
   
2. Use toggle button to enable or disable the survey methods.
   
   This action hides or displays the corresponding survey in the service.
   
   
   
   

   
   

   

   At least one survey method must be enabled

Set permissions

1. By default, administrators can add surveys and share reports
   
2. Administrators can only view surveys they have created or that are shared with them
3. Department heads can add surveys only for their department members
4. Managers can add surveys only for their reportees
   

1. Go to Settings > View all > Employee Engagement > Permissions.
   
   
   
   
2. Select or unselect the checkbox in the Add survey and Share report columns to grant the manager and department head to add survey or share survey reports.

Automation

1. New survey added
   
2. Reminder to complete the survey
   
3. Survey period is extended

Customize Notification Template

1. Go to Settings > View all > Employee Engagement > Automation.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Edit Template.
   Edit template window appears.
   
   
   
   
3. Setup your survey template and click Save.
   Your survey notification template is successfully saved.
