Overview

1. Navigate to Settings > Employee Engagement > Configuration tab.
   
   
   
   
2. Use the toggle button to enable or disable the survey methods.
   
   This action hides or displays the corresponding survey in the service.
   
   
   
   

   
   

   

   At least one survey method must be enabled. 

Set permissions

1. By default, administrators can add surveys and share reports
   
2. Administrators can only view surveys they have created or that are shared with them
3. Department heads can add surveys only for their department members
4. Managers can add surveys only for their reportees
   

1. Navigate to Settings > Employee Engagement > Permissions.
   
   
   
   
2. Select or unselect the checkbox in the Add survey and Share report columns to grant the manager and department head the ability to add surveys or share survey reports.

Automation

1. New survey added
   
2. Reminder to complete the survey
   
3. Survey period extended

Customize Notification Template

1. Navigate to Settings > Employee Engagement > Automation.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Edit Template on the notification you wish to customize.
   Edit template window appears.
   
   
   
   
3. Customize the survey template and click Save.
   Survey notification template is successfully saved.
