Zia Chat Bot in Zoho People
Zia can help you carry out several actions from within any screen in Zoho People. Simply click the Zia icon on the bottom right corner to summon it up!

NOTE
To enable Zia, go to Settings > Manage Accounts > Organization Setup > Organization Policy > and enable the "Bot" option. (Within Alert & Chat)

Zia can only be enabled for organizations which use Zoho People with default language as English. CN Server is not currently supported.

When you ask Zia for a specific question, the search works based on the keyword ("windcheater" in the example below), if a similar word exists in any of the existing FAQ, Zia will fetch the relevant
FAQ (from HR Help Desk service) and display it. If Zia cannot locate a related FAQ, then it will prompt for creating a new case within the HR Help Desk service)
Can i summon Zia from my Zoho People mobile app?
Yes! The Zoho People Android mobile app also supports Zia Bot. Support for iOS is on its way.
If you use Zoho People Advanced Analytics, you can also use the Ask Zia feature. Ask Zia is a search-driven analytical assistant that helps you create reports instantly. You can ask questions in natural language and Ask Zia generates the most relevant reports as answers to you.
