E-Signature - Appraisal Letter

E-signature in the performance module allows you to send appraisal letters to appraisees for electronic signature after publishing their review for an appraisal cycle. This enables you to officially communicate appraisal ratings and salary hike details (if included in the cycle).

Enable Appraisal Letter E-Signature

Idea
At least one e-signature integration must be set up in Zoho People to enable the E-signature feature in Performance module, for E-Sign Integrations, refer to E-Sign Application Integrations.
To enable E-Signature for appraisal letters:
  1. Navigate to Settings > Performance > Configuration > E-Signature.
  2. Select E-Signature for appraisal Letters.

    Enabling this option lets you configure the e-sign process for appraisal letters during the creation of the appraisal cycle and allows you to send the appraisal letter for e-signature.
