E-Sign Application Integrations
E-Sign in Zoho People is an online signature process that enables you to send files requiring acknowledgment and signatures from employees. It ensures security, accuracy, and verification of signatory identity, facilitating seamless and reliable transactions.
Zoho People supports e-signing through integrations with Zoho Sign, Adobe Sign, and docusign. You can send documents for e-signature across multiple areas — including Onboarding, Forms (List and Record Views), the Files module, and E-Sign Flows in Automation — allowing recipients to sign documents electronically with ease.
You can integrated only one e-sign platform with Zoho People at a time. To switch to a different e-sign platform, revoke the existing e-sign integration and set up a new one.Why is it useful?
E-Sign Documents can be helpful in sending any document that requires a signature, you can send documents such as:
- Have agreements sent to the desired recipient(s) for e-signature.
- Send employee-related documents, such as probation confirmation, salary revision letters, etc., to a single employee or a group of employees for e-signature.
- Create custom E-sign templates using organization files or create one on Zoho Sign templates to easily select and send pre-set document templates to employees across your organization.
- Transfer letters authorizing employees to relocate to another office.
- Trainers granting course certifications for virtual training.
- Exit letters along with conduct certificates for employees leaving the organization.
E-Sign Limitations on Supported Zoho People Interfaces
Only one e-sign platform integration can be enabled at a time in Zoho People.
The number of files you can send for e-signature is determined by the credits available in the integrated application. These credits vary according to your chosen plan.
