Zoho Projects Timesheet module supports 3 types of views. List, Grid, and Calendar. These views are accessible from the global Timesheets under Work Overview and the Timesheet module under individual projects.

List View
List view displays the time logs for tasks and issues by day for the selected time period. The list view also shows details such as billing type, approval status, user name etc. The view also displays any custom fields added to the associated timesheet layout.

Timesheets can be
group by date or by user. Additionally, timesheets can be filtered to view data matching specific criteria.
The list view supports pagination. Users can choose to view 25, 50, or 100 records at a time. The navigation tools at the bottom right corner let users move between pages.
Timesheet list view features an advanced date picker.
- Day: Select a particular date to view all time logs entered that day.
- Week: Select a week to view all time logs entered that week.
- Month: Select a month to view all time logs entered that month.
- Range: Select a custom date range.
- Project Span: View timesheets for the entire project duration.
Grid View
Grid view displays the time logs for tasks and issues within grids for the selected time period. The Grid view supports the Day, Week, and the Month time frames to display data.

Grid view under the Timesheet module supports 2 types of views; View by Module and View by User.
View by Module allows you to view the projects and their associated bugs and tasks that have been logged in a specific time frame or date. Click on either a task or an issue to open the details page to view the detailed log entries.
View by User allows you to view the user logs and their associated projects.
To access the Timesheets in another way,
- Click the Projects tab in the left navigation panel.
- Navigate to your project and click Timesheet in the top panel.
- Select View by Module or View by User.
Task, issues and other modules will be displayed under View by Module of that particular project. View by User will display the users and their associated logs.
Calendar View
Calendar view displays time logs by month. The time logs for a given day are mentioned in the data box. You can click on a date to view timesheets for that day. The lost column displays the total time taken by week and finally by month.
