Generating Formatted Resumes

Generate and forward formatted resumes to your clients faster and better using the Basic, Standard and Advanced templates. Before you generate a formatted resume, you need to configure it in the Formatted Resume Settings page of your Zoho Recruit account.

To generate a formatted/branded resume:  
  1. Go to the details page of the Candidate and click More Actions > Generate Formatted Resume.
  2. Choose a template from the Template Type drop-down and click Generate Formatted Resume.
  3. A pop-up is displayed that informs you that the process may take some time to conclude. You can either wait or let it run in the background and navigate away. You will receive a notification once the process is complete.
  4. Once generated, the formatted resume is displayed once the process is complete. You can...
    1. Edit and make changes to the formatted resume’s content.
    2. Download the formatted resume.
    3. Send it to the client using the Submit To Client button.
  5. The formatted resume can be viewed under Related List > Attachments.
