RIQ LT Agent Mobile App

The RIQ Agent app is a supplementary app for RouteIQ Live Tracker. This app is needed only for field agents whose location needs to tracked.

It helps you periodically (every 2 mins) or live track your vehicles and field agents track with optimized battery usage and offline capabilities.

Activating the LT Agent App

  1. Download the RIQ Agent app here.

                       

  1. Agree to let RIQ LT Agent track your location.

  1. Copy and paste the activation key.

  1. Tap Activate.

 The RIQ LT Agent app needs to be setup only once.

Permissions required:

RIQ LT Agent requires the below permission to efficiently track your location with optimized battery usage. The below permission must be given to use the app, else the tracker will in misconfigured state.

  1. Background Location with Always permission

  1. Precise Location

  1. Notification Permission

  1. Motion Fitness & Fitness Permission

  1. Background App Refresh

Fixing Tracker Misconfiguration

  1. Open the RIQ LT Agent app.

  1. Click on Request on the bottom of the screen. This will ask you to provide permissions for the necessary features.

  1. Once all the permissions are given the RIQ LT Agent will be ready to start tracking.

  1. Tracker Status

    1. On-Duty - Tracker's location is being tracked

    1. Off-Duty - Tracker's location can't be tracked as the current time is outside the shift timings.

    1. Offline - On-duty tracker which can't be tracked as the necessary permissions are not given or there is no internet.

  1. Tracker State

    1. Moving - Tracker's device is currently moving

    1. Idle - Tracker's device is currently idle at one location

    1. Misconfigured - Tracker isn't able to track as all permissions aren't provided.

    1. Not Reachable - There is not network for tracker to send the location data to the server.

  1. Tracking Type

    1. Always - Tracker's location is tracked all the time.

    1. Scheduled - Tracker's location is tracker only within the shift timing.
