Google AI in SalesIQ

When Google AI is integrated with SalesIQ, it brings intelligent AI-driven assistance into everyday customer interactions. Powered by Gemini models, known for native multilingual fluency and up-to-date accuracy backed by Google Search, Google AI helps generate relevant and reliable responses across diverse customer queries.
From assisting operators in responding faster to enabling automation within SalesIQ’s Zobot, it enhances both speed and quality of support. It can also be used to enable intelligent self-service, allowing visitors to find answers instantly while reducing the need for operator involvement. Overall, this integration enhances operator productivity and bot efficiency, helping deliver faster, more meaningful customer experiences.

Integrating your Google AI account with your Zoho SalesIQ account

The following steps need to be followed to integrate your Google AI account with SalesIQ:
  1. Log in to your Zoho SalesIQ dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Developers > Integrations > Artificial Intelligence, then click Google AI

  1. Click Add at the top right to link your Google AI account to your Zoho SalesIQ account.

  1.  To connect with Google AI, enter your Organization nameOrganization ID, and API key.

  1. After entering the details, click on Enable.

  1. A Data Privacy Notice will be displayed for the integration. After reading the terms, check the box to confirm you understand them, then click Accept and Proceed

  1. Once the integration is enabled, your Google AI account details will be available in the Connect with your Google AI account section.
  2. If the details need to be updated, edit as required, then click Update.

The Google AI AI can be used in the following features on SalesIQ.

AI tools for operators

  1. Summarize chats & calls: Quickly generate concise summaries of conversations to understand context, key discussion points, and outcomes without having to go through the entire chat or call history.
  2. Writing assistant: Improve how you communicate by rephrasing messages, refining tone, during conversations and also generating content for resources such as articles and FAQs, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  3. Conversation tagging: Automatically identify and assign relevant tags based on conversation content, making it easier to organize, filter, and analyze chats without manual effort.
  4. Smart suggestions: Receive real-time, AI-powered reply suggestions during live chats, enabling operators to respond faster while maintaining accuracy and context.
