Integrating Zoho Cliq with Zoho SalesIQ

By delivering notifications through a dedicated SalesIQ bot in Zoho Cliq, teams can stay aligned on ongoing interactions and respond faster as updates happen in real time.

How does the SalesIQ + Cliq integration work?

  1. Once the integration is enabled, a SalesIQ bot (via SalesIQ extension) is created in Zoho Cliq and connected to your SalesIQ account. 
  2. This bot acts as the communication bridge between the two platforms.
  3. SalesIQ sends updates and notifications to Zoho Cliq through this bot. 
  4. Based on your configuration, the bot can deliver messages as direct messages to specific users or post them in selected Cliq channels.
Notes
Note: If the SalesIQ extension is manually disabled/uninstalled in Cliq, this integration will not work.

Prerequisites

  1. You must have administrator privileges in Zoho Cliq to integrate it with your Zoho SalesIQ account.

Setting up the Zoho Cliq integration for SalesIQ

The below steps need to be followed to integrate your Zoho Cliq account with SalesIQ. 
  1.  Log in to your Zoho SalesIQ account. 
  2.  From the SalesIQ dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Zoho Cliq. 
  3.  Click on Add at the top right.

  1. This will add the integration and link your Zoho SalesIQ account with your Zoho Cliq organization.
  2. Once added, the SalesIQ bot on Zoho Cliq will be available to send messages and notifications to users and channels. 
  3. Also, your Zoho Cliq administrator details and portal information will be displayed on the Connect with your Zoho Cliq account section.

Disable integration with Zoho Cliq

You can disable the Zoho Cliq integration with SalesIQ at any time, if required.
  1. From the SalesIQ dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Zoho Cliq, and click on the Disable button at the top right.

  1. If disabled, the SalesIQ bot will no longer send messages in Zoho Cliq. 
  2. You can re-enable the integration whenever needed by clicking on the Enable button.
