Configure and enable OpenAI in Zoho Sheet

To use AI for your spreadsheet tasks, you need to connect to any one of the AI models available in Zoho Sheet:

How to configure Zoho AI
To enable Zoho AI for your organization users, move the Zoho AI toggle under the Configuration tab of the admin panel.
How to configure OpenAI's ChatGPT integration
Organization ID and secret API key configuration settings:
- The first step to start using the OpenAI in Zoho Sheet is to enter the secret API key from OpenAI. Learn how to get your secret key.
- Organization ID: The Organization ID is the unique ID for your organization.
- Secret API key: The API key is a unique key that allows you to access ChatGPT.
- Navigate to Admin Panel > Configuration and paste the Secret API key under OpenAI integration and click Enable.
Only the organization admins can enable/disable OpenAI/Zoho AI for their organization users.
How to use OpenAI/Zoho AI in Zoho Sheet
- Click the Zia icon in the right pane.
- Switch to the Ask Zia tab.
- Click the dropdown at the right and select either OpenAI or Zoho AI.
- Enter the prompt and watch Zia generate answers.
How to use Zia to import data
The import option allows you to import data from devices, URL and cloud drives to Zoho Sheet. Using the Ask Zia option, you can quickly generate sample data and import it.
- Navigate to File > Import > Desktop/URL > Ask Zia.
- Enter the prompt to fetch a sample data set. You can also select one from the sample prompts given below.
- Click on Next. Select the preferred option to import the data, then click Import.
How to use Zia to create and explain VBA macro codes
VBA macros allows you automate tasks by creating and running macro codes. Using the Ask Zia option, you can easily generate a VBA code or get explanation to any VBA code:
