View and engage with Facebook and Instagram ad comments from your Inbox

Managing your Facebook and Instagram Ads just got easier! With Zoho Social, you can now view and respond to all comments on your Meta Ad account directly from the Inbox tab. Whether it's feedback, questions, or conversations sparked by your ads, you can stay on top of them all. This gives you complete visibility and engagement control over both organic and paid content conversations.
Note:
  1. The associated Facebook or Instagram Page must be connected to your Zoho Social account to view and manage comments from your Ad account in Zoho Social.

How to connect your Ad account to Zoho Social

To start managing your Ad comments in Zoho Social, connect your ad account first. Here's how you can do it:
  1. Go to Settings in your Zoho Social dashboard.
  2. Click Inbox Preferences.
  3. Navigate to the Ad comments tab.
  4. Click +Add to Facebook Ad Account.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to configure and link your Facebook Ad account.
  6. Likewise, Click +Add to Instagram Ad accounts and follow the steps to configure and link you Instagram Ad account.

Once connected, you'll be able to view and respond to all your ad comments—right from the Inbox tab.
 


Note:
  1. Only Ad comments posted from the page you've linked to your Zoho Social account will be available in the Inbox. If your ads are run from a different Page that isn't connected, those comments won't appear.
  2. You can connect multiple Ad accounts to Zoho Social for each supported channel.

To view and manage Facebook ad comments

To view and manage comments from your Facebook and Instagram Ad account, go to the Inbox tab. This is where all your social media interactions are organized in one place. Along with comments and messages from your regular posts, you'll also see comments made on your Facebook and Instagram Ads. You can reply to these comments, like them, or take further actions, making it easy to engage with your audience and manage your ad-related conversations efficiently.
