Set Up Recurring Email Invite
Overview
You can configure sending email as recurring invites to ensure the invitations will be sent periodically.
How to set up recurring email invite
- Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
- Go to the Publish tab. Select the required collector or click Add New Collector.
- For a new collector, under Email Invites by Zoho Survey, click Create, then select the Create Email option to begin composing your invitation.
- For an existing collector, click Create Email to begin composing your invitation.
- Set up URL parameters, customize the email invitation template, and contact variables. Click Next.
- Set up Sender Information with the From Address and Sender Name and click Next.
- Select the Specific contacts option in the Send to section to add contact information manually or import contacts.
- Once you're done updating contacts, click Next.
- In the Send Email section, click Continue below the recurring invites option.
- Set up the invite options as below.

- Set the Frequency of sending Invites as either Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- To send the email every day, select Daily.
- To send the email every week, select Weekly, and select the days to send the email messages and the time slots.
- To send the email every month, select Monthly, and set the cycle dates
- If it's Daily to send the email on specific dates
- If it's Weekly to send the email on the selected day of the selected weeks.
- Choose the Start Date for the email invites to begin sending.
- Select the Time Slots: Choose the time slots at which the invites should be sent. For example if you want a Feedback survey to be sent at 10:00 AM, 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, then add those three time slots.
- Set the Schedule Interval: Schedule the intervals at which the recurring invites should be sent. If the frequency is daily, weekly, or monthly, the invites will be sent as such by default. However, you may customize the interval frequency by choosing any of the options in the dropdown.
- Set the Schedule Expiry to choose an end type for the email schedule. It can be set to be non-stop, based on a date, the schedule count, the collector response count, or the survey response count.
- Click the Skip Weekends checkbox to skip sending the email on weekends.
- Once you're done, select trigger expiry preference.
- Click Schedule or Create.
- Once the contact based trigger is set up, click Next.
- In the Send Email section, click Continue below the Recurring Invites option.
- Set up the invite options as below.

- Once you're done, click Create or Schedule.
