Mounting PST Files to View and Manage Locally Stored Emails in Trident (Windows)

A PST (Personal Storage Table) file is an Outlook Data Storage file format for storing local copies of emails, contacts, and calendar events. These files can be used to archive and back up data or store items locally to prevent them from increasing the size of the mailbox.

If you're migrating from Outlook to Trident, you can easily access your locally stored Outlook email archives by mounting the PST files directly in Trident. Since PST files are added to Trident and not imported, the emails can be accessed without taking up mailbox storage. This keeps your storage unaffected and lets you work with large archives effortlessly.

In this article, we'll see how you can mount PST files in Trident to view and manage your locally stored emails.
