Sharing files and folders: an overview

The Share feature lets you give access to files and folders in multiple ways based on how you want others to collaborate. You can share content directly with team members or groups, generate links for internal or external access, send files to external users via email, and embed files into websites or applications. You can also manage permissions, track everything you’ve shared, and view items shared with you from a single place.
