Manage notification preferences
- Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select My Preferences.
The General preferences page will open in a new tab. - Select the Notifications tab.
Different types of notifications will be listed. - For each notification type, you can choose where to receive notifications by selecting the corresponding checkboxes for Email, Web, and Mobile.
- These preferences will not affect the individual files and folders you are following.
- Desktop sync apps (Sync and TrueSync) will not follow any of the notification preferences you have selected for the web or mobile app.
- Notification preferences can only be modified using the web app, mobile apps cannot be used to modify your preferences.
