Add a custom audio cover image

Zoho WorkDrive allows you to modify the default system-generated cover image to a custom cover image for your audio files. The updated image will appear in all audio preview (including external users' view and embedded view), and as a thumbnail in the file listing.

Notes:

1. You must have a paid WorkDrive plan to set up a custom audio cover image. Compare plans
   
2. A user must have Edit permission or higher to add custom cover image for audio files.
   
3. The custom audio cover image is only available for files under 500 MB.
   

To add a custom cover image:

1. Select an audio file.
2. Click the Details  icon in the right pane to access the Details tab.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Change cover image button in the audio's current cover image.
   The Cover Image tab will appear.
4. Click Change.
   
   
5. A dropdown will appear with the following options:
   
1. Upload from Computer: To select the required image file from your computer.
   
   
2. Pick from WorkDrive: To select the required image file from your WorkDrive account.
   The selected image will be uploaded as a new cover image.
   
   
3. Generate image using Zia AI:
   
1. Describe the cover image requirements in the Image description field and click Generate cover image.
   
2. Zia AI will analyze your request and generate a list of cover image options based on your description.
   
3. Select an image from the generated list and click Apply as cover image.

Notes:

1. The custom audio cover image can be changed at anytime.
2. The custom audio cover image will be retained even if the file is copied or moved to another location in WorkDrive, or downloaded to your computer.
   

Cover image requirements

1. File size: less than 2 MB
2. Supported file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG
3. Preferred image resolution: 1280x720 (with minimum width of 640 pixels)
4. Preferred image aspect ratio: 16:9
