Column customizations in file and folder listing view

Customize columns in the file and folder listing view to quickly access the information that matters most to you—such as Last Modified, Time Created, Size, Extension, or Type. This helps you scan, compare, and manage files more efficiently.

  1. Column customization is supported only in List and Compact views.
  2. Thumbnail view does not support columns, as files are displayed visually.



You can personalize your listing view using the following options:

Add or remove columns

  1. Open any listing view, such as My Folders or a Team Folder.
  2. In the file or folder header row, click the "+ icon" at the end of the row.
    A dropdown will appear.
  3. From the dropdown list, select or clear the columns you want to display:
    1. Last Modified
    2. Time Created
    3. Size
    4. Extension
    5. Type
  4. The selected columns will immediately appear in your listing view.
Notes
Default Columns

These columns are always displayed and can’t be removed:
  1. Name
  2. Shared Time (shown only in the Shared With Me view)
  3. Accessed Time (shown only in the Recent Files view)
  4. Reason Suggested (shown only in the File Suggestions view)

Manage columns

After adding columns, you can further customize the layout:
  1. Adjust column width
    Drag the column boundary left or right to resize it.
  2. Reorder columns
    Drag and drop columns to rearrange them based on your preference.
