Manage notification preferences
You can manage the updates you receive about activities and events in WorkDrive across the web app, mobile app, and email.
To set notification preferences:
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select
My Preferences
.
The
General
preferences page will open in a new tab.
Select the
Notifications
tab.
Different types of notifications will be listed.
For each notification type, you can choose where to receive notifications by selecting the corresponding checkboxes for Email, Web, and Mobile.
For @mentions, file or folder shared with you, and access requests,
at least one mode of notification
must be enabled.
These preferences will not affect the individual
files and folders you are following
.
Desktop sync apps
(Sync and TrueSync) will not follow any of the notification preferences you have selected for the web or mobile app.
Notification preferences can only be modified using the
web app
, mobile apps cannot be used to modify your preferences.
