Manage notification preferences

You can manage the updates you receive about activities and events in WorkDrive across the web app, mobile app, and email.

To set notification preferences:
  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select My Preferences.
    The General preferences page will open in a new tab.
  2. Select the Notifications tab.
    Different types of notifications will be listed.
  3. For each notification type, you can choose where to receive notifications by selecting the corresponding checkboxes for Email, Web, and Mobile.

For @mentions, file or folder shared with you, and access requests, at least one mode of notification must be enabled.
Notes
  1. These preferences will not affect the individual files and folders you are following.
  2. Desktop sync apps (Sync and TrueSync) will not follow any of the notification preferences you have selected for the web or mobile app.
  3. Notification preferences can only be modified using the web app, mobile apps cannot be used to modify your preferences.
