Add a custom video cover image
Zoho WorkDrive allows you to modify the default system-generated cover image to a custom cover image to show what's exactly in your video.
The updated image will appear in all the video preview (including external users' view), embedded view, and as a thumbnail in the file listing.

Notes:
- You must have a paid WorkDrive plan to set up a custom video cover image. Compare plans
- A user must have Edit permission or higher to add custom cover image for a video.
- Custom video cover image is currently only available for files under 1 GB.
To add a custom cover image:
- Select a video file.
- Click the Details
icon in the right pane to access the Details tab.

- Click the Change cover image button in the video's current cover image. The Cover Image tab will appear.
Info:
Cover image requirements - File size: less than 2 MB
- Supported file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG
- Preferred image resolution: 1280x720 (with minimum width of 640 pixels)
- Preferred image aspect ratio: 16:9
- Click Change.
A dropdown will appear with the following options:
- Upload from Computer
- Click the Upload from computer option and select the required image file from your computer.
- Click Open. The selected image will be uploaded as a new cover image.
- Pick from WorkDrive
- Click the Pick from WorkDrive option and select the required image file from your WorkDrive account.
- Click Pick. The selected image will be uploaded as a new cover image.
- Generate image using Zia AI
- Describe the cover image requirements in the Image description field and click Generate cover image.
- Zia AI will analyze your request and generate a list of cover image options based on your description.
- Select an image from the generated list and click Apply as cover image.

Notes:
- You can change the custom cover image whenever you require by following the above steps.
- The custom cover image will be retained, even if the file is copied or moved to other locations in WorkDrive.
- The custom cover image will be removed when the file is downloaded to your computer and the system-generated thumbnail will be loaded.
