Utilize Zia AI comment suggestions in WorkDrive
In a collaborative work environment, effective communication is crucial. The Zia AI integration for WorkDrive provides real-time commenting suggestions to refine and enhance your messages. This promotes seamless collaboration among team members, leading to improved productivity and streamlined workflows.
Notes:
- The team admin or super admin must enable this integration at the team level to unlock its capabilities within WorkDrive.
- Before setting up the integration, it's important to review OpenAI's privacy-related policies, as Zia's capabilities are derived from OpenAI.
- The number of generations, summaries, and suggestions you can receive is limited based on your OpenAI plan subscription.
Zia AI comment suggestions
Once Zia AI is enabled for your WorkDrive team, you'll be able to rephrase, shorten, punctuate, or abbreviate your comments directly from the Comments tab before posting them.
To utilize Zia AI comment suggestions:
- Enter your comments in the comment field. This will enable the Zia AI Comment Suggestion feature.
- Click
at the bottom of the comment field.
A dropdown will open with the following options:
- Rephrase: Request an alternative way to express your comment for enhanced clarity.
- Change into Active Voice: Make your comments more clear and direct by phrasing them in active voice.
- Expand Acronym/Abbreviation: Expand an acronym or abbreviation in your comment to ensure your message is easily understood by collaborators.
- Punctuate: Check for any punctuation errors in your comment, ensuring proper grammar and readability.
- Shorten: Make your current comment more concise without losing its essential meaning.
If you're satisfied with the generated suggestion, click Use suggestion. If you feel the initial suggestion could be improved, click the Regenerate button to receive an alternative suggestion from Zia AI.
By following these steps, you can leverage Zia AI's comment suggestions to enhance your communication within WorkDrive, leading to clearer, more effective collaboration with your team.
