Steps

Create labels from Avery templates

1. Launch the Zoho Writer dashboard.
   
2. Click Create New at the top-right corner and choose Label template from the drop-down.
   
   
   
3. In the dialog box that opens, choose your preferred label type and label size and click Create.
   
4. 

   A label template will open. Connect your data source and add the relevant fields from the data source to the label template.

   

5. After designing your labels, you can

1. Use Copy to all to copy the design to all labels.

2. Use Clear this label to clear the current label's design.
   

3. ​Use Clear all labels to clear all the labels' designs.
   

6. Click Preview to preview the generated labels. You can print or download the labels from the Preview screen.
   

Note 

Create labels using pre-defined label templates

1. Open Zoho Writer dashboard.
   
2. Go to Document Templates > Public Templates.
   
3. Choose Labels and Envelopes.
   
   
   
4. Click your preferred template and click Use This Template.
   
5. Click the hamburger menu > Automate > Merge Template.
   
6. Connect your data source and add the relevant fields from the data source to the label template.
   
7. Click Preview Merge to preview the generated labels. You can print or download the labels from the Preview Merge screen.
