How to locate a collaborator's cursor during collaboration

Overview

Zoho Writer shows your collaborators’ live cursors in a shared document so you can see where each person is working. This helps you follow their edits, avoid working on the same section and discuss changes in real time.

Prerequisites

  1. The document must be shared with the collaborator.
  2. The collaborator must have the document open.

Steps

  1. Open the shared document in Zoho Writer.
  2. Go to Chat with live collaborators in the bottom-right panel of the editor.
  3. Click the collaborator's name. You'll be taken to their cursor position in the document.
