How can users choose the 'From' email address while emailing Zoho Writer documents
Overview
You can choose a specific email address that you wish to be used as the from address when you email a Zoho Writer document from within the Writer editor. Besides preventing your emails from ending up in the Spam folders, this will also help your collaborators to easily identify your documents.
Prerequisites
Your must have secondary email addresses or the email aliases of groups that you belong to configured to your Zoho account profile (in the
accounts.zoho.com page).
Steps
1. Login to Zoho Writer and open the document that you wish to email.
2. Go to File > Share > Email As Attachment
3. In the Email As Attachment dialog that opens, select the desired email id in the From address field, complete the other settings, and click Send now.
