Integrating Telephony with Cliq

Integrating Telephony with Cliq will save the time and effort that you put into choosing and setting up a phone system for your business. Smart suggestions in Cliq, auto-detects the phone number shared in a conversation and provides you with an actionable suggestion to make a phone call right away.

You need to set up Zoho telephony via one of the following options before you enable telephony integration in Cliq.

Enabling Telephony integration with Cliq

Navigate to the Admin Panel
Click on Zoho Telephony under Integration
Click on the toggle button to enable the integration

Making a phone call via Telephony

To make a call via Telephony, click on the phone number in your chat, you'll see a suggestion to make a phone call. Click on it to make a call.

In case you are not connected to Zoho Telephony, when you click on Make a phone call suggestion, you can choose to connect the call using the phone, your phone details will be obtained from your synced Gmail account, or you can choose other compatible applications available on your desktop.

You can also choose to connect to the call via your phone. To do so, please make sure your mobile and your system are synced with the same email account. The selected number will be sent as a push notification to your phone.
