Changing enrollment settings

Set an enrollment method and choose how learners can enroll in your courses and begin their learning.

To change the enrollment method:

  1. Navigate to the course, then go to the Settings tab.
  2. Click the Expand button on the Enrollment Settings option.
  3. Select one of the following radio buttons:
    1. Hub Users: All hub users can enroll in the course. If the users need admin approval to start the course, switch the Need admin approval button ON.
    2. Invited Users: Only invited users can enroll in the course. Know more about inviting learners.

Idea
You can assign a course to a specific space regardless of the enrollment settings by navigating to the Learners tab and then adding the desired space. Know more about sharing a course to a space.
