How Deleted Business works in Zoho Publish

How Deleted Businesses work

When you delete a business in Zoho Publish, it moves to the Deleted Businesses, where you can restore it within a set time frame. After this period, auto-delete is activated, and the business is permanently deleted.
Note: Deleted Businesses will be in the left menu.

Important: Zoho Publish will stop managing businesses in Deleted Businesses. All connections, including presence on listing sites and auto-review responses, will be disabled.
A business will be moved to Deleted Businesses in two instances:

Fewer subscriptions

If you opt for the Professional plan subscription for fewer businesses than currently managed, you must select which businesses to manage. The remaining ones will be moved to Deleted Businesses.

Important: If you don’t select any businesses after opting for the Professional plan, the businesses you added initially in Zoho Publish will be selected automatically.

Manually deleting a business

If you manually delete a business or business group, it will be moved to Deleted Businesses, where it can be restored.

Note: You can only permanently delete a business from Deleted Businesses in the free and trial plans. This does not impact the functioning of its Google Business Profile, and you can still manage it outside Zoho Publish.
