When will auto-delete be activated
Businesses in the Deleted Businesses section can be restored within a specific time frame. This time frame is determined by whichever of the following occurs first:
- The subscription's end date
- A one-month time frame from the deletion date
Note: Even after a business is permanently deleted, you can connect and manage it at any time.
Examples:
Monthly plan
Plan start date: Jan 1, 2025
Plan duration: 1 month (ends on Feb 1, 2025)
Date of deletion: Jan 15, 2025
Auto-delete date: Feb 1, 2025 (subscription's end date is earlier than the one-month time frame)
Yearly plan
Plan Start Date: Jan 1, 2025
Plan Duration: One year (ends on Dec 31, 2025)
Date of Deletion: Mar 20, 2025
Auto-Delete Date: Apr 20, 2025 (one-month time frame is earlier than the subscription's end date)
Note: If a subscription is purchased on the last day of a month that doesn’t occur in the next month, the subscription will end on the last day of that month. For example, if you purchase a monthly plan on March 31, it will end on April 30, as April doesn’t have 31 days.
