How to create a new business in Zoho Publish

This guide helps you create a new business and manage it through Publish. If you already have an existing Google Business Profile for your business, connect and manage it seamlessly.
  1. Go to https://publish.zoho.com and click Create a business.



  2. Enter the Name of your business as you would like it to appear to your customers, then click .



  3. Select your business's Country and Category and click .



  4. Enter your Business information, namely the address, mobile number, and website (optional).



  5. Verify the accuracy of the address on the map. If incorrect, manually adjust or enter your business's location coordinates (latitude and longitude) for greater accuracy. Agree to the checkbox and click the icon.



  6. Name the Group and read and agree to the 'Terms and Conditions'. Click Publish selected.


The Group feature allows you to combine multiple businesses (and their branches) for centralized management. You can organize and manage them based on your preferred criteria like location, category, and so on.

Important: For initial setup and NAP (Name, Address & Phone number) consistency, resolve the pending actions after you create a business.
