There are two major steps in setting up the Zoho Publish-Zoho CRM integration.
Step 1: Enable Organization
You’ll see a list of organizations where you have Zoho CRM administrator access. To continue, turn on the toggle next to the organization you want to integrate with Zoho Publish.
Step 2: Configure Integration
This step has four sub-steps. Each step helps you decide how your business and review data from Zoho Publish connects to Zoho CRM.
Module Info In this step, you decide how Zoho Publish should connect to Zoho CRM. You have two options:
Click Yes if you have existing CRM modules (like Leads, Accounts, or a custom module) where your business records are stored.
If you don’t have a dedicated module for business details, click No and create new modules to push your business data into them.
Business Mapping Here, you connect individual businesses from Zoho Publish to records in Zoho CRM.
Existing module:
You can only map to existing records in CRM and cannot create new ones.
If a matching record doesn’t exist in CRM, you’ll need to create it manually in CRM first, then return and map it here.
New module:
Customizable new records will be created automatically in Zoho CRM for each business in Zoho Publish.
Field Mapping This step lets you control how each business detail from Zoho Publish appears in CRM.
Existing module: For each field, you have four options:
Keep Zoho CRM field name: Turn on the toggle and choose an existing field in the drop-down.
Rename the field: Click the + button to type a custom field name.
Don’t sync a field: Leave the toggle off if you don't want to sync the field to CRM.
New module:
Customizable new fields will be automatically created in CRM for each business detail.
Duplicate field names are not allowed, including ones already existing in Zoho CRM.
Publish Score You can set the frequency for the Publish Score to be updated as records in a new module. The Publish Score is a combined metric showing a business's online review performance, including average response time, number of positive reviews, number of negative reviews, and response trends over time.
