How to use AI to respond to reviews

Responding promptly to reviews demonstrates attentiveness and meets customer expectations in today's digital world. However, finding the time, the right words, or expertise to respond to reviews can be difficult. This is where artificial intelligence (AI) comes in.
AI helps create personalized responses tailored to the specific details of each review, ensuring your replies feel human and adapt to a variety of review content. Zoho publish also allows you to set up review templates suitable for generic reviews.
  1. Navigate to Home > Business Group > Business > Reviews.



  2. Click Reply on unanswered reviews.



  3. Click the Suggest reply button at the bottom-right corner.



  4. A personalized response will appear. Make any necessary edits.


    Notes Note: Click Rephrase as many times as you want to load multiple versions of response.



  5. Click Reply to post.


NotesNote:
To edit your older response, click View reply and tap the  icon on the respective review.
To delete your older response, click View reply and tap the  icon on the respective review.
