How to manually respond to reviews

Responding to reviews, both positive and negative, shows that a business cares about customer satisfaction. This helps build trust and loyalty. Zoho Publish allows you to view all reviews and respond to them. You can set up review templates and use AI for quick responses.
  1. Navigate to Home > Business Group > Business > Reviews.



  2. Click Reply on unanswered reviews.



    Notes
    NoteTo edit or delete your older response, click View reply and tap the  or  on the respective review.


  3. Type the response manually.



  4. Click Reply.
