Recipient authentication

Set the authentication code delivery mode for the recipient to authenticate the signing process.

Hover over Settings and click Account settings.
Click Sending options and navigate to the Recipient authentication section.
Enable the Enforce Authentication checkbox.
Check the desired authentication code delivery mode.

For SMS mode, Zoho Sign uses third-party service providers to send SMS to the recipients.

Zoho Sign also supports recipient authentication for EU with European Union eID (EU eID) and for the United States with Dynamic knowledge based authentication.
